Automating master caster, return spring way underpower.

Brand new MC trying to air automate, and frankly I'm not even sure that adding a second spring will get it done, the machine is that tight. Should I try smoothing and sanding the machine a little? Try to wear it in by running it manually for a while? Ideas?

Loosen the guide rails and you will be fine

They should barely touch the mold carrier.

Never sand a new $1000 machine

And that worked. Didn't think that would be a 30 second adjustment.

Thanks Hatch. Getting CLOSE. Can't wait now. Getting anxious. Trying not to screw something up now.

    Great.
It is nice once it's automated.
