I shoot alot of S&W 500. I use the following bullets
    335 Gr Rainer
    350 Gr Berry's
    350 Gr Hornady XTP
    400 Gr Cast
    440 Gr Cast
    500 Gr Cast
    535 Gr Cast
    575 Gr Cast
    600 Gr Cast
    630 Gr Cast
    700 Gr Cast

I haven't shot or loaded any 325 Gr bullets. You could probably use similar load data that I've used for the 335 Gr bullets.
I've had good luck with Lil' Gun, Blue Dot, and H110.
Some of my best has come from 41Gr of Lil' Gun with the 335gr Bullet.
Also had some good luck with 22.5 Grs of Blue Dot with the 335gr Bullet, nice target load, not alot of kick to it.

I use Ballisti-Cast #1454 bullet which weights 368 grains when cast from linotype with 15.5 grains of Unique. This is a Lyman load. Very accurate and not horrible recoil.

I feed my 500S&W (4") 11.3 grains of Unique with everything I load for. 350cast, 440cast and 335 J bullets. It shoots well with them all.

Try 11.3 or so grains and see how they shoot.

Try 16.5 grains of titegroup under those with a good roll crimp. I just finished cleaning mine after sending 50 rounds downrange and had almost no powder residue (2 patches) and no leading whatsoever. (FWIW)

It's fast enough that I can shoot out to 50 yards without much oldover on a 6 inch steel gong, but the recoil doesn't give you a concussion either. (50 is about as many as I shoot ina session though)

    Have a good one,
    Dave

I just read a thread by John Ross on another forum about reloading S&W 500s with Tite Group and detonations with this powder? I use is also, but, now have reservations about this stuff.
