Is this unknown part for a Saeco lubri sizer?

I recently purchased some equipment from a former caster and it included this part that I believe goes to a Saeco. Can I get confirmation?

I have a Cramer which is the same as the SAECO and I have never seen a part like that on mine. Since it has an "o" ring it must be ment to keep lube from leaking but from where I couldn't begin to guess.

We'll I know the old boy had Saeco and Lyman lubri-sizers, so I figured it had to have something to do with lubing a bullet. Too bad he isn't around to ask

Sold my SAECO a few weeks ago after about 7 years of use. Never saw that part.

That is a Lee drill adapter for their 3 jaw chuck for spinning, trimming and chamfering brass.
