    your avatar is great. my favorite drink as a kid. not so much the taste. (that I learned to like) but the fact my brother hated it and would leave me alone with my drink. not sure they have it here in Virginia? must check.

    If you still have this...sure would make trimming .223 much more enjoyable process...my hands cramp up bad.

    my hands cramp up also. started taken a chelated potassium caplet 99 mg once a day. it really helps a lot.took about a week to kick in for me.(www.Puritan.com) #1115 GD
