    From what I see about IMR 4350 in most military caliber loads the starting point is 35 grains. I would assume that 760 would be roughly in the same range maybe a little less, since it is close in burn rate. I have used 748 with that boolit. 31.5 grains doing the trick. Also with ball powders I always use a magnum primer to prevent hang fires.

    I have been loading the Karabiner in 8x57 over 36-37 grains of H450 w/ Dacron filler. Similar burn speed to 4831, which is also in the 760 range. A lot of extrapolation but I suspect it’s a viable powder for that combo. I think I even had some 760 at one point but I don’t remember what I did with it.
