    Star Luber ?

After thinking about it I've got a ?, how many of you use the top lube holes as apposed to the bottom ones and why. On my single lube groves I've been using mostly the bottom, kinda funny when I was doing my 175gr 40cal TC's, using the bottom I got a lot of compressed air in between and man the bullets came out like they were being shot out, changed to the top grove, now they drop out nice. Just wondering what most of you use, top or bottom.
    Thanks

For my original dies with three rows of holes, and a single lube groove bullet, I normally use the middle row of lube holes. No particular reason, but it seems to work ok that way on all six of my Star machines....

    Hope this helps.

It depends on the boolit style as to which holes you use on the die. most of mine i use the middle hole, but on my 380 boolits i have to use the top holes or all i get is lube everywhere but the lube groove.

I do middle for most but it depends on space from base to lube groove

Depends if I put the bullets in base first or nose first.

For most short pistol bullets I use the top row. Leaves me more adjustment on the punch.
