"I don't have the patience to use them the same every time so they won't be accurate."
I don't have the patience for scales. I hate weighing charges. Even with measures, you can't take them for granted. Must weigh charges every so often. Once you have your dipper dialed in, no scale, just a static volume with no moving parts. Agree, to each their own.
I agree that setting measures can be a hassle. I think that is why so many of us have so many of them. I meant that I don't feel like taking the time to develop the technique of dippers.

I have a RCBS Uniflow on my Redding T-7 but I am not a fan and find myself hand measuring each load. It's more a hobby than a necessity for me right now though.

The only good cast boolit is the one that hits the target
This little gun shop in Lancaster Ca. seemed to get quit a bit of used casting/reloading equipment and it was always priced ridiculously cheep. Alas, those days have been gone since Big O got into office.
Well Lets see, I have,
3 Lyman 55's
2 Uniflow's
3 Dillon's
2 Hornady's
I can never pass up a good deal.
Ohaus Duo-Measure
RCBS Uniflow
RCBS Little Dandy
Redding
Lee Perfect
Lee (on Lee Classic Turret)
Hornady
Sold the Lyman55
Lets see if I can do this from memory. I could go out to my shop and count but I can see it's 105% on my patio and i am sure it's the same in the shop. I have 6 Lyman 55s, 6 Reddings, 2 Belding & Mull, 1 Herters, 2 RCBS, 2 Hollywood and 2 Bananza pistol mearsures. I may have forgotten one or two but in any case, I am sure I have too many.

One Forster
Nine Dillon
"Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you." Joe Heller
4 Dillons and a RCBS uniflow.
If you say you can't, you probably won't.
8 dillons and a lyman auto dispenser.
I have about 20 dillons at my house but only 8 are mine
Don't like being hammered by the Cast Boolits Staff, then don't be a nail.
The rules are simple to follow.
I have 4. 2 RCBS and a LEE PPM and a auto disk.
I found different powders like different measures. The RCBS works best with Ball and flake powders.
The PPM get to load my stick powders,
The LEE auto disc works with ball on a progressive.
But I am not stopping. I will buy every used RCBS or Lyman I find for $20
Maybe I will buy a used redding or a Hornady measure. I say keep buying until they come get you.
17 plus 3 shotshell reloaders
4 RCBS Uniflows
2 Hollywood (one of them looks GOOD in the 12 hole turret press)
7 Dillons
1 Pacific (blue in color)
1 CH4D (in the 4 hole H type press)
1 Star
3 Pacific shotshell loaders (366, 155APF, 110)
1 Lee Auto Disk
But I really thought that this was normal after 40+ years of reloading. And I use them all. Several presses set up and dedicated to one caliber with it's own measure.
