Its rare and valuable 'cause there's only two like it in the world lol.

Im hanging on to it for now until JT lets me know what to do. All I really want to do is cast pretty boolits.

I wanted to post up regarding success with the 124. I have been having issues with leading and nothing seemed to work. I finally got it figured out. Tested in five 9mm pistols ranging from .356 to .358 bore. Brass expanded with a .358 dia expander similar to a lyman m die. It was expanded only deep enough to seat the bullet without compressing the base of the bullet in any way. Then the case was belled with a plain lee expander die. 3.4 gr of bullseye. Then a HM2 124 grainer sized to .359 and lubed with White Label Carnauba Red. These were plain air cooled COWW alloy with some add. Tin, approx 1%. All ofthe pistols were cleaned prior to the test. # of rounds varied from 10 to 30 in each pistol. None showed any more than a light wash of grey with the exception of a .356 bore, which had two small flecks of lead. Accuracy was not tested but many cans were damaged

Thrilled to have eliminated the leading problem plaguing me for the past year.

Here is a representative mold-full, all lubed up.
I should point out that the dimple on the nose is from my top punch. It should have just a flat meplat.

Continuing my monolog with myself, I cast up another thousand or so today. Running 700 degrees on my pid seemed to be about the sweet spot for my limited edition 4 cavity 124 grainer. I timed myself and dropped 16 pours in 5 minutes, a good pace but not tiring. Well over 95% good boolits too. Preheating on my hotplate set just above medium, sprue plate down, resulted in good boolits with the first pour.

Anybody else using theirs or just admiring it and wishing they had time to cast?
