Lloyd, you can cast them. The old English bodkin heads were cast.

Sun Am I sat in the tree stand and was a major blood donor

All I saw in range was 1 yearling that you could still make out the spots

To hot here, a friend shot one and took a hour or so to find in the thick brush and it had already started bloating. Hard to get in the mood to hunt with the temp at 95+

Front Stuffer is in here in PA in a few weeks
I may try crossbow next year (I have a torn muscle in my back which makes pulling a bow impossible) I did see a giant buck about 3 miles from home this morning. I stopped and took a pic with my Blackberry, buy it didn't turn out so well. I yealled out directions to my tree stand. I'm really starting to get the itch for hunting. I just wish they'd stop showing up right in front of the softail, but that happens living in the country. This time of year I ride really slow. I really enjoy seeing them, as long as they stay off the road.
I only hope that someday I can be half the Man that my Dogs already think I am!

View out the front of the house at 6:20 PM.
It rained most of the day and cleared off enough for this photo. Snow level is about 4500 ft. All you need to make things a little cooler and it's headed your way. Gianni
