I realize you got some tooling in repair for warranty, but you have any further updates on your other die sets? Your old list is better than three months of your ETA. Sure would be nice to get a general update. Thanks.

I took the last two weeks of the year off for family time and some much needed shop clean up and upgrades. I'll be getting back to work end of this week or first of next

The tooling (22 cal core seat base punches) repairs will not take up much time at all and will certainly not interrupt production.

List is current and inventory of my dies ready to be assembled has been added.

I took count and there are 43 orders that have not received anything at all from me yet. I consider that to be a number I can manage and work with, a fairly small number considering the demand right now for swage dies. I will do my best to get your orders out the door as soon as possible. Thank you to those 43 of you still waiting and all of you on my list.

I posted a "new years" up date in the swaging forum reinforcing my commitment to your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions please feel to let me know.

I don't know? It depends on how much time I can devote to all or only one at a time. I am currently working on machining several more of my 40 cal dies. I have 10 completed and working on 40 more that are near completion.

Inventory list added to my work order list to give everyone a better idea of what I have ready to assemble and what will be sent out soon. I realize it isn't a perfect system but I am working as hard and as fast as I can.

Hi Brian,
I know you are swamped, but I'd like to get on the list for a complete .40 dies set, and depending on budget/cost the .45 as well. When you have a moment could you tell me what dies, punches and related costs I need to make XTP type of swaged bullets? Deff. want to get on the list for the .40, and depending on how everything prices out the .45 either now or later.

I think I will use a RCII as a dedicated swaging press unless you have a better suggestion?

Still machining new dies, I'm up to 10 of the 30 cal point form dies at the moment to go along with the rest of the dies I have machined this month. I think I may be taking all these new dies into heat treat come Monday (28th?) is my goal.

36 .224 point form dies machined this week and ready for heat treat. A lot of work but results where very good.

Hello Brian. I have multiple die sets on order with you but I have never seen or used any of your swaging die sets. I'm curious and would like to understand your manufacturing process a little bit more.

Once you receive the dies back from being heat treated and Nitride processed, how much work is still required to be performed by you before these die sets can be shipped ? Could you list the steps ?

I decided to post this inquiry here instead of a PM because I think that there are others that would also like to know.
