Wish all of you a great new year!

Been back to work now since the new year started after taking Birthday, Christmas and New Year holidays off. Got a great set of 6mm dies finished and going out to a lucky customer. I'm going down the list and expect to have a lot of orders shipped very soon. I'll have to look at the list a bit more but my hopes are to have all orders on the list finished and shipped by middle of March or sooner. Once I'm caught up on the list I'll be machining the next batch of dies, there may be a couple dies on the list that need to be machined in this batch, I can think of one 17 cal point form die off the top of my head.

One more order complete. This was a 30 cal set and copper tubing die. Looks like I got a few 30 cal and copper tubing dies next in line. I'll be working on all 30 cal dies and copper tubing dies on the list till all on the list are done.

Results are looking very good. Thanks for your patience. This 30 cal die set and copper tubing die took me 4 days to finish up, I expect it will take about the same for each following 30 cal die and copper tubing on the list.

Actually made a lot of progress this evening with the 4 remaining 45 cal die sets. If things continue to go well I might have them out the door by end of week.

Got three 45 cal sets ready to ship. Order number 2013-112 is awaiting new credit card info and the other two I'll have boxed up and shipped by tomorrow.

I had 4 sets but I buggered up one of the point form dies really good so it will have to become a .458 point form die.

I'm making great progress and working on all the dies a little bit at a time. Still intend to get the last of the 30 cal dies on order done and shipped ASAP. The riffle cal point form dies are quite demanding on my skills and nerves. Perfect results are not a problem just takes a lot of extra effort on my part, after completing a few rifle cal dies it is nice to take a break with a couple pistol cal dies every once in a while. This is why I worked in these three 45 cal dies between my 30 cal work.

i received my bt sniper .45 acp bullet swage and auto eject today i have to say i am blown away by what i received .i will start saving for my next set .. could someone point me to some pictures of the rcbs auto eject assembled on a press

I realized after I sent your package I forgot to put the auto eject instructions in there since it was a last minute purchase of the auto eject system.

I'll send you a PM with pic and get your email address so I can send you the instructions.

Here is the instructions I send with the AES!


RCBS or similar press with 1” diameter ram.

1. Slip bottom support over top of your ram. Allow enough room to be able to slide shell holder/base punches in and out of slot.
2. Secure in place by tightening the two bolts. This will squeeze the halves of the base together and lock them to the ram.
3. Attach all-thread rods, top support and ¼” ejection pin as pictured above. Top support should be in positioned so when ram is down bullet will be fully ejected. At the same time the top support should be in a position so when ram at its highest point the ¼” ejection pin is still positioned inside the die. This might cause you to lose a bit of ram travel but we are typically making bullets less than 1” in length and we do not need the 3”+ inches of ram travel typical from a standard reloading press.

Making threaded adapters to fill orders for those other then Lee Classic Cast press. I'll be able to fill those back orders very soon.

For those considering future orders, delivery schedules are a bit faster for Lee Classic Cast press die orders. It allows me to make things "standard length" and speeds up production and delivery schedule.

Have my BTSniper ejection system mounted in my Lee Classic Cast and would like to be able to still use shell holders to perform other tasks. Do you make adapters that would thread in like your punches and would allow me to attach a shell holder, just like the original ram top ?

Got order 2013-63 finished, an excellent copper tubing jacket making die, really turned out well. I'm simply going down the list at the moment, next is 2013-65.

Added EST (Estamated Shipping Time/date) to everyone's order. I attempted to estimated a shipping date a long time ago when my list was huge, I have a better understanding now of which dies take longer and just what I am capable of. I should be pretty close to this new estimate. Although do realize this is just an estimate and the schedule is by no means set in stone. Primary goal is to have all 2013 and 2014 orders completed by middle of March (there is a couple .358 and 45 cal orders that I are scheduled for my next run of dies to be machined) and I know I got a 17 cal order in there somewhere that I still have to machine the point form die for.

Brain, Thanks loads! Guys I waited around 18 months and finaly my set of dies for making .45 cal jacketed from .40 cal spent brass arrived Thursday 1/22/15, I picked them up at the PO after work. Friday was a full day at work so no joy Friday. But by the end of Saturday I had completed 10 jacketed bullets. Thanks to Brian it was easy,tomorrow I'll tweak a few things, trim brass shorter for one and try the notch die for another. By tomorrow afternoon I'll have a couple hunnert jacketed bullets, if not loaded up and ready to shoot at least ready to load up. Shucks I may even send some down rnge by tomorrow afternoon. Thanks again Brian it was a long wait and a pretty good chunk of money but in my opinion well worth the wait and well worth the money. Expect to hear from me again. Dennis Eugene
