Busy times here at BTSniper llc.

Been a lot of messages replied to and updates to work order list.

I expect latest batch of dies back from Nitride any day now.

Things are looking well. Progress is slow but looking great.

Thank you all for your patience and support. These dies you all have ordered are going to be very good investments as you all should no doubt realize with the empty shelves.

Dies have returned from Nitride. Work begins to complete all orders on my list.

I have all the dies here to fill all the orders on my list. That means the die body has been machined, heat treated and black Nitride processed. All dies must now receive their final polishing to excat diameter and I must machine the internal parts as well as the base punches.

Things will go quicker now that I have the dies back from nitride but there is quite a few orders and a lot of work to be done. I am sending packages regularly now, keep posted here on this thread for updates.

Shop was a mess! I needed a map just to get around. Spent two days getting everything cleaned up.

I'm in a much better mood working in a clean shop. When I'm happy the dies magically turn out even better it seems

Thank you all for your patience. It has been a trying time for me the last few weeks with all the craziness in the world, but myself and my family are well and swage die orders are progressing nicely, just a little behind schedule but catching up.

I got to set up to do a run of base punches for all the BTsimple dies left on order, that is only thing hold those dies back. Progress is being made slowly.

Couple good days in the shop. Got a few orders shipped, progress moving forward.

Got half way done with 30 base punches for all the 22 cal orders

and

half way done with 24 base punches for rest of orders on my list.

Another good day in shop.

Almost done with all base punches to fill all existing orders. Should be done with all these base punches tomorrow. Then start polishing and assembling the dies that go with them.

Knocked out my "quick turn" list, just a couple left that I will get to as time allows.

Starting work on 22 cal orders now including all BTSmiple orders. I expect to be done with all BTSimple orders very soon now.

All BTSimple point form dies are assembled. Now just need to polish to final diameter, still takes a little work but I'm on the final step!

Should start shipping completed BTSimple orders this week!

Five orders going out in this weeks mail.

Remaining 4 orders are waiting on molds.

I'll be starting machine work on all molds on order tomorrow and expect to ship remaining 4 BTSimple orders in a couple days.

Updated my work order list with new completion estimates.

Also arranged the work order list by caliber.

Also separated the pistol caliber dies into the "quick turn list"

It has been a busy and crazy time for me both in the shop and in life in general with current world events, I realize I am behind schedule on the orders currently on my list and I thank you all for your patience and support.

I hope that current estimates may be on the over estimated side and I hope to finish before times listed.

Busy times for me and BTSniper llc.

I have been having a tough time personally with the current state of the nation. I cancelled my cable TV subscription couple months ago and that has helped but I still seemed to find disturbing news via online social media outlets. I have found it challenging to keep a positive attitude with so much negativity that is going on in our country. I have never trusted the news since December 2012 and do my best to research for the "facts" of what is being reported but the more I dig and learn the more upsetting it becomes. I would lay in bed at night loosing hours and hours of sleep spending time on line researching national events. Finally after one night of staying up past 4am I had enough! I locked up the tablets in the gun safe and picked up a book to read at night instead. So far it has worked allowing me to be in a better mood and get more sleep at night. Both will mean greater productivity in the shop with current and future orders. No more online social media for me for a while. I'll post on my business face book page but that is as far as I'm going to go any more with FB.

Then just a couple weeks ago my land lord contacts us to inform they intend to sell the house and asked if I wished to buy it. Well after this many years in this house I don't like the idea of moving as this would be quite the challenge and obviously disrupt business, so for the last two weeks I have been in talks and gathering necessary finances to purchase the house to make our it own. As many of you are aware, the purchase of a house can be a bit stressful and time consuming. While the last two weeks has resulted in a disruption to my work schedule I am happy to say the disruption looks to be coming to an end soon as the purchase should be coming to a close soon. Thankfully a move of BTSniper llc. with all my machinery and tooling will not be necessary avoiding what could have been a pretty lengthy delay.

Thank you all for your patience and support. Progress will continue to be made on all orders and the final results of these orders is looking very good. Thank you for giving me the time I need to polish and assemble these dies for you. I'm happy to report that BTSniper llc. will continue to be in business for many years to come and I look forward to many new orders as well as new offered tooling.

I hate making excuses for delays but I guess everyone gets sick occasionally. I have had the displeasure of putting up with a severe ear infection since Wednesday this week. Finally spent all day Friday at doctors and after the intense pain still didn't get better checked into emergency room late last night. Got the antibiotics now to hopefully get better. Since Wednesday it has felt like I have had the sharp end of a pencil jammed in my ear, yes.... a "fricken pencil" to quote the John Wick films

Such pain made it impossible for me to work since Wednesday. I expect I'll be over it soon and back to work first of the week.

For some reason dunking my head under water in our pool (even when clean) isn't agreeing with me any more.
