Using a Star to lube a Lee TL bullet

Can these TL bullets be lubed in other ways? I would be using stick lube in either the Star or L.A.M II. If this question has already been asked please post the link.

    Thanks for your assistance.

you can but you get an awful lot of lube laid down on the little lube grooves.
I have been able to control just getting the lube in one particular area of the boolit and not having a huuge floating gasket of lube.
but it still seems like a large surface area amount of lube versus lead in the barrel.

I ran many, many 425 RD bullets for my 45-70 thru my Star. It won't lube all the grooves so I just lubed what I could in one pass and moved on.

Like Run said, you don't need all the lube anyway.

My LEE 358 TL boolits leaded my GP100 very bad, but very accurate. I tried lubing them with the Star and no more leading. It works.
