    Modern Bond Style Full Wadcutter?

Not sure if there is already a thread going, but would anyone be interested in a “Modern Bond” style full wad-cutter mold? Personally I would really like a 38cal one weighing around 160gr and a 45cal one around 240gr.

    There are various BOND wadcutters.

I had the full diameter wad cutters in mind as shown in the 2nd and last picture you posted.

There is a group buy discussion going on a .44 wadcutter pattered after the Lyman 429352, which is of the pattern you want.

That thread seems to be gravitating towards a deeply hollow pointed mold. I have never had good luck with reversed HBWC so thought it might be better to start my own thread.

A MP mold can be used to cast a solid slug by reversing the pins.

    2nd:

I have had Tom at Accurate Molds design me several different full wadcutters and they are currently in his catalog. They are beautiful and arrive at your door in just a few days !

I'd sign up for 165gr .358 diameter, or a 270gr .454 diameter. What, exactly did you have in mind? Skip would probably be interested in a gang mold in a .358. Lay down some perameters and see if you can get some consensus. Sometimes folks don't even realize they need a new mold til it's suggested. You might not find one everyone likes, but it only takes 15 for a GB........
