Question Smoke an issue with Ben's Red?

I'm about to load up a heap of .45 ACP with a retired Detective pal who needs 1000 rnds for a class he's about to attend. I've made up a mess of Ben's Red but honestly haven't shot much/ none in pistol.

How is the 'smoke factor' with Ben's Red as compared to 45/45/10 TL?

I have never used Bens Red but shooting indoors with pistols I have never seen any regularly lubed (hard or soft) bullet smoke less than 45-45-10.
