    Jacket Trim Dies

This is a set of jacket trim dies I made for a individual from the forum. The price for these is $167.00 shipped. These are for a standard reloading press. These are made from tool steel and the punch and die body are hardened.

I have a question for you. The guys using Corbin trim dies, to you need to re-size your jackets after trimming. I see they sell a draw die in the set of dies......... U.P. North

ID:	66572I have trim dies and draw dies that are separate. My draw dies draw a very precise jacket. The jackets are concentric and have a consistent wall thickness. I use Dave Corbin dies.

2 Questions, Do you ship to New Zealand? Would make a pinch die to trim 22 rimfire cases after they are derimed?

    Euan,
I would think the .2235" I.D. in the die would work well for your jackets. The press pictured is a rock chucker supreme..... U.P. North

I agree Gerry! I just received my trim die from him today. Works very well. Here's a couple pictures of the die and punches and one installed in my Corbin S Press with a full length and trimed 22 mag 6mm jacket.

    MIBULLETS,
That was the quickest I have seen something go into production (HA Ha inside joke). I am very pleased that everything fits and works good. I figured everything should fit and screw in, as I three wire measured the threads to a set of dies I have in the shop. Just wanted to make sure so we weren't sending things back and fourth. Get to making some projectiles and doing some shooting as finally spring has arrived here in Upper Michigan also.
    Thank You,
    U.P. North

Will buy one of these when funds are ready.

I plan to trim 22mag and 22lr case, is it ok to use one trim die? Or do I need to have a separate trim die for each of one?

    taminsong,
As long as your jackets have the same outside diameter I see no reason why they wouldn't work for both. Just let me know when you are ready for one. U.P. North
