Just starting to set up my bench and will be ordering some lube. My initial round will be the 45 ACP --what does anyone consider the lube to use??

I tumble-lube all of my 45ACP boolits with 45/45/10. Big, fat, slow moving boolits. . . they barely need any lube at all. I can't remember, honestly, the last time I ran a .452 chunk of lead through my lubesizers.
I have been using Lars 2500+ for everything and it seems to fit my needs very well from .45 ACP all the way up to rifle cartridges. At the prices Lars charges I see no reason to change.

The problem with our society is a decline in morals, only the people of this once great nation can choose to correct that problem, morality cannot be regulated by our government.
If you are tumble lubing then Recluse's 45/45/10 works well and White Label Lubes (LARS) now makes a similar tumble lube. If you are talking about a traditional lube then White Label Lubes also has some great lubes that is really inexpensive. Then there is Randy Rat here as well as Bullshop who both make good stick lubes. When I didn't make my own I liked White Label Lubes BAC or his 50/50 NRA. Now I make my own Lithibee/STP lube and it's soft but not nearly as sticky and tacky as the BAC I use to use and it works for my low pressure rounds such as the 45 ACP and on up to my 375 H&H and 454 Casull loads where pressures are up there.
