it's in there, there is a lot of linked stuff like this in that sticky thread.
I am compiling stuff that will help there, the thread itself wanders around a bit with tips and a lube discussion.
and then on page 5 the links to stuff like this start.

Wouldn't be complete without a set of Cabine Tree handles.

These Scovill ferrules were used on Saeco mould handles. Your handles appear to be Saeco handles that have had the wood portion shortened.

I recently purchased a 4-cavity H&G mould which came with nutcracker handles. Holding said mould towards light, there was no way to totally close it. I thought of putting bushings in the handle holes to pick up ~0.002", and then wedged a piece of bent paper-clip in to get them to work. However, obviously not the brightest lamp in the fixture, thanks to a post on this site I later learned that these are LYMAN -- not H&G -- handles. I am/have been looking for H&G handles: I only tried these in one casting session and can sum up my feelings re them in but two words: "Don't like!" All my other moulds (save a few for making fishing-weights) are plier type handles, and this seems the only way to go.... at least for me.
