What to do with 45 cal lead balls?

Would 100 or so lead balls be bettersuited keeping as is or melting down for casting. I may end up with a muzzle loader but probably not.

Worth having just to slug barrels. Not enough lead to justify destroying them for casting something else.

Driving a soft lead ball or sinker through the bore with a rod to measure the diameter of the lands and grooves. Pretty common when picking a bullet diameter for your favorite firearm. Do a search, you'll get lots of info.

I got carried away a while back and cast WAY too many 50 cal RB. I used a few dozen to weigh down my cleaning rack, my bench sled and made a couple of "sandbags" with them.
There is no problem too big that more time and more money can't solve.
