Is this group buy still open? I'm curious if this would work in a dpms 223 ar.
That sounds great. I will take one. Curious if they could hollow point this mold. Either way I want 1. Apexservicesomaha at gmail dot com
4 works for me. Will this bullet load to a short enough length to feed in ar mags without causing oal problems?

freebullet, if you go back and read the first post it says it is made to fit into a AR mag.
Good to see we are adding numbers quick for this mold. Hopefully this GB will go fairly quick. Supply for .223 is not exactly aces right now.
Put me down for a 6 cavity.

For a heavy boolit that nobody seemed interested in this one surely took off, I hope to get 2300 out of this boolit, would be great...
I'm sure that's doable with the right alloy.
One 6 cavity mold please.

Normal jacketed data can be used. Starting loads are in the 2400 fps range. A very slow powder with buffer or one of the reduced charge capable powders could be used also. 2300 fps can be achieved quite well with most of the alloys used.
Thread updated................
Good tip, looking at jacketed VV data, 77gr scenar bullet, startload of 19.6gr of N135 (max 21.5), looks promising when replacing with 75gr mihec bullet, 89.5% filling ratio says QL. Which my gut says is enough to avoid use of fillers. N135 just jumped to the top of my list. Figure a good crimp with the lee rifle FCD might help the powder burn too?

I have loaded and shoot in excess of 10K of the 65 gr version, all were loaded with 21.5 gr of surplus WC844, no filler of any kind. I know of at least 6 friends that load my Boolitz with this load also. 2300FPS+ from 16 barrels, 2500 from 20" barrels, My Crony. Those boolitz Can easily/consistently hit 6 inch gong at 330 yards. At the farm, my brother killed a Muskrat on the far bank of pond 330 yards with 16" DPMS 1x9 Oracle upper on New Frontier lower.
I can't wait to load and shoot these long lean 75 gr Natos.

First time ordering, and new to site, so I guess I really don't know how payment works, when to send, I assume you will post that information when the thread closes and the order is placed. Thanks
