I also sent a PM about an extra. I'm sure he is a very busy person and will get to it as he makes his way down the to-do list. Until then all we can do is wait.

I don't know how exactly he handles things like this, but I would guess that when someone pulls out, his mold goes to the extras list.... probably in order of requests. But, I don't really know and once the GB is closed anyone wanting a mold would have to contact him.
