    My first spinning reel was an Airex Spinster back in the 50's, made by the Lionel Model Train people, also had a second hand Shakespeare baitcaster , it was made by the Inglis washing machine people who also made Browning 9 MM pistols during the 2nd World War.

    My uncle's wife used to have one of these reels that was still marked "Zero Hour Bomb Co." He sold it when she got cancer and they needed the money.

    I think my first reel as a kid was a 202 ZeeBee...

    I think I still have a 202 in the box. Dad used to buy two or three at a time so there was always a spare.
