    Depends on what you mean by "count"!

    MB is such a different mindset than trail running. MB is pretty intense and pretty much everyone I know who does it is an adrenaline junkie. Trail runners are by and large a seriously laid back group of people which seems counterintuitive when you consider a lot of them run some pretty insane distances

    At 53 I'm certainly no adrenaline junkie, but I do enjoy a 5-10 mile trail ride. No crazy jumps or stunts for me.
