10 gauge black powder loads...Fire in the hole!!!!

I tried to video shooting my first shotgun reloads the other day by setting my smart phone on the shooting table next to me and hitting record. They were out of my 1873 Charles Daly with FG powder. Loads were 100 and 116 grains of Dupont FG along with 1 5/8oz & 1 3/8oz loads. Sorry for the grainy pictures. I paused the video on my camera and then zoomed in on the fire clouds. Figure if my spring turkey gets to close I won’t have to cook it this year!

When the smoke clears hopefully there will be a turkey flopping!

It it is a big bird you may still need to cook it, but, you won't need to pluck it! Nice fire balls.
