Number 32 with a pulley and a 3/4 motor mounted to a SS table. Got the tube for using the bags LEMs sells and a tape machine. Sausage tubes and a foot control. Built a shield to cover belt and pulleys added a cutting block with a hole cut in it for feeding the meat in.
Several of us process our game together and that turns a job more into a get together I enjoy processing days good times good stories and fellowship.

I have my grandmother's meat grinder, not sure the brand, which I know my mother remembers seeing in action in the late 1950's and early 1960's. But this year I found a newer version, hand crank also, that someone never used at the local thrift store. I used it on my deer this and it works better, the cranking action is the same but it has a better and larger blade. Someday I will spring for an electric grinder. I also have a 100+ year old sausage maker that will do wonders compared to anything I have seen out now that isn't plugged in.
Whatever cannot be remedied, must be endured.
