This is a variation of the C358-180RF Glenn Larsen mold. This is a .360" diameter .357 caliber bullet design by Glenn Larson.

Mihec was kind enough to produce the 180RF mold for some lucky folks last year. While the 180RF is a fine bullet, I found that I personally wanted something a little lighter with the big meplat for 38 special specific applications for use in the multitude of conceal carry handguns on the market these days, or a typical 357 mag bullet. I talked to Glenn, and he thought it would be a good idea. Hopefully you will too.

Glenn sent me something to look at (see below). This GB was originally going to be PB only, but there were requests for GC as well. The drawing below will change as soon as Glenn has had a chance to refine the design for PB and GC.


The bullet will be offered in either PB or GC. Similar to what was done with the C358-180RF. There will be an option for 2 cavity or 4 cavity mold (Two separate lists). Please post your email and preference for 2 or 4 cavity, PB or GC and pin options.

This is the pricing:

HP with pins

- $90 for 2 cavity round hollow point Brass Mold (plus extra pins (penta and small) $16 per set) plus $15 shipping

- $120 for 4 cavity round hollow point Brass Mold (plus extra pins (penta and small) $16 per set) plus $20 shipping

SOLID no pins

- $70 for 2 cavity solid Brass Mold NO PINS plus $15 shipping

- $90 for 4 cavity solid Brass NO PINS plus $15 shipping


Typically, once Miha is ready to go to production, the thread will be closed. Once the molds are ready, Miha will send you an invoice via PayPal. When you pay, Miha will ship to your address provided through PayPal.

I'd sure like for to work in lever actions!!
The nose measurements look the same as the 180 grain design and it won't work in my Rossi 92.
Unless I'm missing something.

probably the same problem as with marlins. short throat in the chamber causing them hard to load. essentially the meplat is too wide.

Really like the design, but just won't feed in 357 cases in my Rossi.

Is the 180 the same meplwt? Really trying to find a rf gas check book it to push hard out of my 1894c marlin
