Saddened to see this post. Enjoyed having him on this forum and was great to deal with. Will miss him. Prayers sent for his wife, Katy, and the rest of the family.

I am also shocked and saddened by Sam's passing. I will be keeping Katy and family in my daily thoughts and prayers. God Speed Sam.

Sigh......... So very sad to lose one of the good folks from the forum. I scarcely have been a member long enough to have enjoyed his contributions and I feel we have ALL lost from his passing. God bless you and keep you and take good care. and blessings to his family.

I'm sad to hear of Sam's passing.
I know that he recently passed along the sales of the isotope containers to Jerry at Carolina Cast Bullets, and thought that it was odd that he did so. Now it makes sense.

Sam was a great man not only to his country but to his fellow Americans.
We should all be so lucky to meet at least one person in our lives like him. Thankfully I had that chance with Sam, maybe not in person, but I picked his lead pocket every chance I had and he was always glad to help.
I always thanked him for his service and his generosity.
Prayers raised up in his and his family's honor.

Man I hate to hear that also I was speaking to another member just about a week ago about where hes been. He and Katy along with two other members came to my house to buy my shotmaker. It went home with him after showing how it ran and how to do different things. Katy saw something or I pointed it out to her in my shop which if I remember right she collected those went home with her also. They both were fun to be around and I enjoyed meeting them along with the other two members that were with them. For those who have meet them in person they know what I am speaking of. Sorry for your loss Katy hope to see you around on the site one day.

Shocked does not begin to discribe how i feel to see this post. Gone but never forgotten Sam, clear us out a spot in the next life. Prayers will be said for his family.
Man. Still hard to think about, it always rocks me when i hear about the passing of any of our members, you folks are like family. He was a good man that added alot to this site and gave me plenty to look up to. The good Lord doesn't make many like him.

Sam and his ways will be greatly missed. In my dealings with him on some brass I learned first hand that he was fair, honest, and not the least bit greedy. May I be more like him. Kathy we are praying for you and your time of grief.
