    It is my understanding that online petitions are never allowed into official records. Many creators add tracking cookies for later spamming. Even if the source is legit, if nobody looks at it, it's not productive.

    Fill it out, OK.. But follow it up and do it right. Call, write, or email directly your people, or the organization.
