I lied w/3 ! I have used LBT Blue (hard) for years and have 8 +/- sticks left. FWFL (maybe 8 -10 sticks left). Just made up a lifetime supply of Ben's red (hope I like it). NRA 50/50 for pistols. Trying 45-45-10 in conjunction with standard lube to see if it helps/hurts accuracy. I expect there are some others stashed in with the rest of my lubes. Sorry...is there a Lube Anonymous anyplace? Powder coating for EVERYTHING. No leading, no smoke from grease, easy to do, very cost-effective. Works on EVERY cal.

No expensive lubra-matic or special "top punches" required either.

Left grease, ATF, beeswax, & Alox back in the smoke & dust well over a year ago and have never looked back.

I use LBT Blue (soft) for almost everything, 45-45-10 for TL, and have been experimenting with Carnuba Red for 150 gr .311.

I use Darrs tweeked w/less vasoline and more STP in all the pistol and rifle for smokeless. I have used Bore Butter for BP but I'm in process to find animal base lube for cased BP that can be used in the C&B and ML as well. Olive/Bee isn't looking bad,but buggy boar is promising too.(bees wax and assorted meat fat tending toward pork for meaness).

    1. Alox or 45-45-10 for Tumble Lube. (mostly 45-45-10 now though)
    2. Lyman Orange Magic, BAC or Carnuba Red in the lube sizer.
    3. Alternative coatings: like epoxy paint, moly/graphite coatings, or powder coat.

So three I guess, but if you break it down by components it's a few more.

Bought a second LAM1 and a Star. So I'm now using Carnauba Red along w/ 2500+. Will likely stop using 45/45/10 once I have the Star up and running for the bullets I use it on.

1st I normally use 3 different lubes. I run Liquid Alox mixed with JPW for all my tumble lube boolits or sometimes I hand dip boolits into it.
2nd I run pure beeswax mixed with olive or peanut oil for muzzle stuffers and the like.
3rd I use some of white label lubes 2500+ as I got a bunch from them not long ago to play with. Those are the 3 I normally use but I on ocassion will mix them in different amounts to get a harder or softer lube if I need such lubes. I have used White Label carnauba red and x lox too and like those as well but don't have any right now.

I said three but I guess it's closer to five. LLA for most stuff, SPG for BP in one 4500 and 50/50 for high speed stuff in the other. When the 50/50 runs out I'll change over to BAC. If frontstuffers count I use Wonder Lube for round balls.

I said four: my 4500 has Felix w/extra carnauba, my 45 has Fryxell's MolyGraph and my LAM has 357Maximum's 666+1. Add tumble lube and that makes four.

How many lubes do I have? More than four I can tell you, but some of them were made years ago and still haven't been tested.

LBT is in two of the sizers and Javalina is in the other two . Like the man said Veral may not live forever so I can either buy a life time supply now or look for a replacement . The Javalina stuff should be easy enough to find something as good and inexpensive .

The standard LBT Blue Lube. It seems to work for everything.

I goofed, I said one. I use Lyman Orange Magic in the LAMII for most everything, LLA for most every thing on top of that. I'm dabbling with PC some.

I'm just mili-inches away from making up Ben's Red, hopefully to do away with the Orange Magic. Watching the mail for one more ingredient, then it's a go.

I found it easier to have a sizer for each lube.
