    Paper patching Saeco #315

I'm in on the group buy for the NOE Saeco #315 as I had good luck with it in my .308 as a GC boolit. I'm wanting to get into PPing but don't want to spend a bunch of money of many different molds. Have people had much luck, accuracy wise, with this boolit when PPed? I was concerned because basically once I size it .001 over bore diameter it will have lost much of or all of the taper that is inherent in the #315 design, and I thought that might effect the accuracy of that boolit.

    Thoughts?

Dang, my apologies for the quadruple post. My computer was glitching or something. Please delete the excess threads.

It will work fine. No taper need if you patch correctly. Run your patch forward to the start of the ogive and seat the bullet where is snug up into the rifling and it will work great.

BTW, that should be .001 over bore diameter.

Well go to it! When you get jacketed velocity and accuracy don't blame me for being addicted!
