Had a chance to get a mould for .314 cast bullets, figured that'd be no problem to size to .311. What I want to know is, could I use a .32 bullet and size down to .311, or will I lose my lube grooves?

you will lose something even if you fill them with lube your end product will be distorted.
besides that the nose will be sized down too. [about .003]
Why would you want to size that .32 cal boolit down about .010"? You will definitely end up with a slick sided boolit, though that might work if you are paper patching them!
