    need info on kp1 knight .50 cal inline

    my son fell in love with a used knight kp1 stainless steel in line at the local gun shop to day. .50 cal. black synthetic stock has scope mounts but no scope. it has a musket cap nipple. i believe that can be changed to a 209 primer system. ser number is 0000111. can those who have knowledge of this gun give me all the details pro or con they can. it is in perfect shape inside and out. also what is fair market value. he likes the modern style and we would scope it, he also shoots left handed and that would suit him. again i want all your experiences with this gun before i make a jump. thanks before hand johnson 1942
