    It is a machine screw.
You can buy them at any ( good ) hardware store.
Take the die with you so you can pick the size that fits.

    well, I misread your question.
You may be able to match the size from the broken screw.
Taking the sizer in might be a bit much but you must get the correct diameter/thread pitch.

You will also probably need to buy one too long and cut it off.

Home depot gray bins are full of stuff like that.
Their selection of set screws is most excellent!

I must be doing it wrong! After Thousands of rounds sized and lubed, I've not found a set screw to hold my dies in place. Never had a problem though, as all force is applied downward, and the die must be moved upward for removal.

    Movement has never occurred.

I'm with Cadillo, that set screw is not even needed.

2 of my stars don't have them.
one does, since there is a hole there and it will let the lube leak out i like it closed in.

And I'm sitting here thinking - "why don't I know where the set screw is on my Star for the dies?". Cause there isn't one. Mike

    I'm pretty sure it's a 10 X 32 screw, at least mine is.

1/4-20 on mine. I use it to bleed air out of the system and check for proper heat/pressure.

I never found it necessary to lock the die in.
