Yes I am, Utah actually. Well I got my mill today. Now time to get it all set up and wired. It has a robotic part loader and pallet changer. So when set up it will pump out mold blocks like nobody's busness.

It's not the size of your brass that matters, It's how you tumble it.
.495 and .315 4 or 6 cavity
Well the mill is set up, now ordering tool holders. We got 3,000 Lbs of 7075-T6 aluminum on order. Hoping to have the first test blocks out to people jan first.

JT--- because we're friends, I'll point out the irony that heavy metal molds is making their blocks out of aluminum.

Collecting .32 molds. Please let me know if you have one you don't need, cause I might "need" it!
All right the service guys serviced the mill yesterday and we are good to go. I'm ordering the tool holders today at lunch. Just a little bit longer and we will be firing on all cylinders.

Would be in for a .454 with as many cavities as possible if the price is right....;- )
4 or 6 cavity .600 to .602 for the Dixie Tri Ball load. Can't wait to hear your prices.
When you're close to being in operation, please give me quotes for multi-cavity moulds in .520, .595 or .600, .678, and .690. I will need all or most of these moulds.
Thanks,

sorry guys its been crazy, trying to get the shop up and running. lots of stuff to order and sort out. but i think i finely thing i have got the mold blocks designed. the old block design was to complicated and so it had a redesign and now should be just about perfect. i posted a drawing of it on the first post. also i just got the aluminum to day for the molds. got 3,000 lbs of 7075 T6 bar stock.

That would be awsome to have a mold that could do multiple RB's in different diameters, I could mold for my .350, .490 & .600. I will have to keep this in mind.
so, can I mount the mould either way on my handles? or does it only go one way?
either way meaning, spue plate towards me or away from me.
Well guys all the tools and tool holders are ordered, cost $2,500 bucks. My last day at my current job is Monday. After that I'm at my shop full time. DJ the molds onley fit one way and that's with the sprue towards you. It's because of the pivot system.

Good luck to you!
I am eagerly looking forward to you getting into production.
After I get a bunch of customer's work turned out and a few things paid for I will be looking to get a .680" RB mold
Good Luck, jmsj
