Anyone know where to get this tool?

I got this tool with a Dremel tool box my dad had. I use it on my drill press to do simulated "engine turning" The shaft is just under 1/4", steel and the base is rubber. There is no screw hole in the front or rear screw like Dremel's roll lock and the pad is reasonably stiff. It does a nice job on aluminum. I'd like to find some more or pads that were sufficiently sticky to replace mine or the whole tool.

I have one that looks just like that, I got it at harbor freight years ago, it been a good tool.
