New National Record set with my lube

Hi all, just got a call from Scott Merchant from the CBA. He said they set 2 new national records and were shooting my 2500+ lube.
    Here's the results: Dakota Benchrest Sioux Falls SD. 200yd 100 4X and 199 9X.
    http://www.castbulletassoc.org/milit...kota052007.pdf
I'm going to be sending lube down for door prizes for their National Match at the Hawkeye Rifle & Pistol Club.
    http://www.castbulletassoc.org/militaryschedule.shtml
He said they've had some cancelations due to high gas prices, so if anyone wanted to go but thought they were too late???

That's all, just thought I'd share.
    Glenn.

Good for you! When I run out of my current case of stick lube I'm trying yours and Bullshops. I'm just not up making Felix lube.

I've only heard good things about Bullshop's lube, and I really love their Bull Plate sprue plate lube. I think the sprue plate lube is used in their Speed Green.

I send out free samples to anyone who wants to try them, so send your address and which lubes you're interested in if you want.

    lar45,

Thanks for the link... I found a match within an hours driving distance from me. I will probably shoot an "as issued" 03A3 for fun and to see what everyone else is doing.

Just got another email with the link below. It looks like it's time to raise the price on lube. NO Just kidding.

"Glenn Here are some pic's of the national record I shot on Sunday. Also Wally Enga shot 2 National records on Saturday the 12 of May at Hawkeye Rifle & Pistol Club. Of the 2 shoots in the last 2 weeks your lube has been used by the winners of all three classes. http://www.castbulletassoc.org/milit...keye051207.pdf

    Thanks Scott

Is that from the bench or off hand?

Your door prize lube sticks should be there any day now.
    thanks.

The 10 ring on the MR31 is 1.70 and the MR52 is 3.75. The powder of choice at our shoots is AA5744 account its very easy to use in that its not possession sensitive. A lot of the shooters are new into shooting cast bullets so Wally , Doc and I have been teaching them the ropes, and we favor AA5744. There is other powders that will shoot as good but they all seem to have to have little isiosyncrasies that drive me crazy. In military rifles it seems to work well in just about any thing I have tried it in. well I just got a call my Daughter car broke down 120 miles from home have to run Scott

Lar 45: I got a stick of your red lube from KCSO last January . I don't know what I was using before; something I bought at a gun show. I've never paid much attention to lubes and when the Lyman 45 ran low I shoved in the red stuff. It has taken a while to get down to the sizer, and everything started showing red about the time this thread started. I had mentioned to Sundog that I was amazed that those guys were shooting in the 90's with 03a3's because the best I've ever shot was an 83 but most of the time it's in the 70's. Well, I went out with 15 rds of 311413 with red lube and 22 grs of AA2230 and shot a 91%!!!! I can cover 11 of those holes with 2 inches of masking tape 1 inch wide! I can't shoot that well. Something's haywire. Thanks.
Scott: I thought I recognized you in that picture. I see you often at Yankton, Sioux Falls, etc. gun shows. I'll give you a hello next time.
