I was looking for a set of instructions for an older 12 gauge set of dies for the Rockchucker. Dies were complete but with this set you have to configure the die body for each operation. After several days of exchanging e-mails and sending pictures, they identified them and I got a PFD with the instructions.

My RCBS vibratory bowl quit running. Thought that I would try to fix it myself even though it was still under warranty. Took the switch apart thinking that was the problem. It wasn't. Sent the whole thing off to RCBS explaining what I did. Two weeks later had a new one shipped to me, no charge. RCBS gets my vote.
The only amendment the Democrats support is the 5th.
