Use the 356-120-TC over 4 gr of Bullseye. If you ar going to TL then the 123 Lee over the same 4 gr of Bullseye.

What length gas system you planning on using? This will likely help determine what powder you use.
9mm AR-15s are blowback not gas operated. So no gas system at all.
Have not shot the Lee boolit. Have shot Lyman conicals, and RNs in several weights in both 10.5" and 16".
I find that Unique works but is a bit sootie and does not measure particularly well. Have had better success with AA #5 and WSF for supersonic and 3N37 for heavy subs.
If thats the case then I would think you would deff be able to find a usable load with Unique.
Checking over at ar15.com I see guys recommending 4.5 (actually 4 to 5.5gr depending on the poster) grains of Unique for various 125 grain lead projectiles. This would probably be a good starting point for you.
I've used 5.7 grains Unique under the Lee 356-120-TC out of my 9mm AR upper. Velocity across the chrony apprx. 1400 fps and shoots 2"-3" at 50 yards using the open sights. Plenty good enough to plink clay pigeons off the berm at that distance.
