I received my four cavity mould today and it looks great! I cannot express how I feel about you taking it upon yourselves to make this group buy right for the members here at Cast Boolits. It makes a great statement as to your work ethics and upbringing, I will not hesitate to mention you to anybody that want's to buy a mould from you and I will be visiting your web site for future purchases.

    THANK YOU Derek!

How timely. I received my mold yesterday also.
I trust that if they went out of there way to make good on prior poor workmanship. That these molds will be spot on.

    Derek,

Thank you for your efforts in righting a wrong. We expect to receive what we pay for and that did not happen the first go 'round. I very much appreciate receiving the re-cut mold. I won't have a chance to cast with it for a bit, but the cavity finish is nice and the mold looks great. Just wanted to say thank you for going the extra mile with this one.

I have collected my mould from the post office where I was charged £24 for duty, VAT and admin charges.

The parcel was marked merchandise rather than warranty return so I had to pay all the duty etc a second time.

I thank the company for putting things right and I hope that the mould casts as it should have in the first place.

Having to pay the duty again has soured this somewhat and I will never use this company again, not that they cannot make good moulds but the effort and chew on and expense for me just isn't worth it.

I have a replacement mould eventually and now I can leave this company behind and move on with mould makers I can trust.
