I've had several S&W M16s over the years but traded them off as the K frame was a bit large in my estimation for the .32 H&R. Years back I found an original run 6 1/2 Ruger Single Six, picked it up for $225, shot it and haven't had a M16 since............
All my favorite loads for the S&W and then some shot very, very well in the Ruger. I did take to sizing the bullets at .312 for the Ruger though instead of .314 for the S&Ws. The .312 bullets are a hard push through the cylinder throats and the bullets come out .311 - .3115. Accuracy is excellent and I find this Ruger SS to be probably close to the most accurate revolver I have.
Most used load in mag cases is the Lee TL314-90-SWC oer 3 gr Bulleye for a1010 fps.
The 311316 118 gr GC'd over 4 gr Unique is excellent at 995 fps.
The 313631 106 gr GC'd SWC designed for the 32 H&R over 10.5 gr H110 runs 1275 fps or over 5.5 gr Unique runs 1284 fps with 6 gr running 1351 fps.
he 311316 118 gr Gc'd bullet over 10.5 gr H110 runs 1180 fps.
All magnum loads are in Starline cases with WSP primers.
Either the Hornady 90 or the Speer 98 gr swaged WC's in 32 S&WL cases over 2.1 gr Bullseye run just under 800 fps and are deadly on small game.
I already have brass, 90 grain Hornady SWC's, and a Lee mold for the same type of boolit. Any favorite loads here? I have Accurate #2 and #5, Unique, Titegroup, and H110 on hand.
I would strongly suggest the 3 gr Bullseye load under the Hornady or Lee SWC.

I also have a 10" Contender barrel in 32 H&R but that is another story.......
