Is this thing about shooters causing grass/range fires when practicing/plinking real? I've gone all of my life and never heard of this, now our local news mo mos say there have been 20 fires started by shooters practicing this spring so far.
I've never even seen a spark from a bullet impact until those hollywood guys started using that special effects ammo. Seems to me lead and copper are inimcal to sparks. Maybe steel core if un jacketed (how long would rthat take to ruin a bore?).
