Taurus CS is some of the worse in the industry
You will need to stay on them and document everything. All conversations dates times everything

They claim to have completely revamped their customer service in recent years. I was on a Florida forum where Taurus sponsored them and took some people from the forum for tours, and highlighted the new customer service facility in Miami.

I don't know if they've succeeded in fixing their customer service department or not. Documenting like you said is a good idea either way.

Sure hope so .. I still hear many horror stories of guns returned unfixed or worse than when sent in
Just look at a few of the Rossi 92 posts for some examples
I was very lucky in 2 92 purchases
A customer of mine has been very unlucky in a poly judge purchase. His gun has been to Taurus 3 times and for months at a time each return
Again I sure hope its getting better
