    Bullet ID

Someone gave me a bag full of these to try out, my 300 Blackout LOVES them over 12gr of AA1680. But I can't remember what boolit this is, so I can get a mold for myself.

    Any ideas?

The ones I have are right on 0.3095".

    or a small 314299.
i'd go with 311299. nose about 299/300 and body at 310ish poured size.

I use the 314299 in my 300 Whisper. Looks just like that boolit. Could be 311299 though.

Since most of Lyman's current molds are dropping bullets on the small size if it was me I would buy the 314299. This way you can size from .309" on up.

my 314299 only dropped .312" bullets until I lapped it out larger.

you gotta watch the nose diameter when changing between them.
my 314299 hits a titch over 313 on the body, but 304 on the nose.

That boolit sure looks like one of the Lyman xxx299 boolitz.

There is an active group buy for a Whisper Boolit going on now: http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=133407
