Do not argue with idiots. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Liver alone, cheese mine!
Ha. Always wanted to use that somewhere.
Great family time.
I came into this world kicking, screaming, and covered in someone elses blood. I plan to go out the same way.
My daughter was running the camera.
Good times to be had by all.
I thought I was the only one still using a hand cranked meat grinder (mine's actually an antique I got at a yard sale for like $3), they do work, but after processing a couple this year for the first time in a while, I may have to invest in one of the electric ones.
That's a great family video, lot's of fun. Thanks for posting.
That's why I have two kids! This year they'll be able to run the crank a bit longer than last year.
My question is what boolit and load dropped the cabbage? Waist DRT or did you have to track it? Details please.
Paper targets aren't your friends. They won't lie for you and they don't care if your feelings get hurt.
this one was taken with my Caplock 50 cal Muzzle loader 80gr of FFg with a RB made of WW's.
Yes that's a Williams peep sight on the back.
It was about a 50yd shot and I spined her and she rolled down the hill towards me. So yea, DRT.
I still use an old hand crank grinder. There's some people who call me a dinosaur, but I kinda prefer the old non-electric tools. I also use a flint lock rifle for most of my hunting or a bow, so they may be right. Seems like they get more right every year. If I keep this up, I may go to a spear by the time I'm 40.
I recognize that kitchen! Hopefully we'll get to meet the rest of the denizens of it in a relatively short time.

There is no 'right' that requires me to work for you or you to work for me!
fantastic video my friend ..thaks for sharing and keep them inbound lol
I am like you and I love to make it a family adventure!
Great video! I have an old hand crank meat grinder that was my Grandmothers then my mother's. After processing quite a few elk my wife gave me an attachment for her Kitchen-Aid mixer that works great.
I have a Butchers model (1hp) but I did about 6-7 deer and a likely 600 geese on my old home made job with a porket #32 hand grinder hooked up to a small electrical compressure motor....worked real well and I cand grind a whloe deer in about 15-20 min

I dont think of it as hand cranked. I think of it as 'grinding green.' Frank
