    What powder in factory shotshells?

Awhile back I had a little issue with flooding in this area. Unfornatulay the water had gotten into a 20mm can that I had kept shotgun ammo in. Naturally some of it rusted to heck and is now in the processed of being disassembled and salvaged for the lead at least. Surprisingly the powder seems to have escaped from becoming flooded as well. When pulling some Peters shells I noticed the powder looked a lot like unique. I don't plan to find out the hard way weather or not I'm right or wrong but it did make me wonder if anyone has a clue what is loaded in the factory shells and if it could be of any use.

No way of knowing what powder is in those shells. Commercial loaders have access to non canister powders...Ray

Sprinkle the pulled powder around mother's rose bushes and sharpen your pruning scissors.
