Made reference to this in another thread but didn't want to totally hijack that thread. When we go camping, I always like to make a "coca-cola cake" for dessert. They are easy and taste great, especially when prepared in a dutch oven.

The ingredients are simply a boxed cake mix and a can of soda pop. Lightly oil the insides of your favorite seasoned dutch oven, pour in the boxed cake mix and a can of coke (any carbonated soda will work) and then mix together. Baking time is about the same as in a conventional oven, so use the instructions on the box as a guideline.

The recipe can be successfully modified to add nuts or fruits (like a cobbler). My daughter likes to add chocolate chips to a chocolate cake batter.
