    ingot mold

A guy gave me a old cast iron ingot mold that looks to cast 6 half pounders and has a P in the bottom of each bay. It could be a 6,9 or a weird b? Does anyone have one or know what it would stand for. The only thing i can think is a Pacific mold. I got it sand blasted and should be ready again for use. Thanks

That would be a Potter. If I remember right you can view a pic in Philip Sharpe's book Complete Guide to Handloading
