Ajay are you doing something on purpose to change the weights of the two projectiles or is that natural variations? Does glueing the round ball make a difference even though the commander wad is not really designed to effect flight pattern. Or does it act like the AQ slug to use the plastic for the shuttlecock effect? Also do the 20 nitro cards go at base of wad over powder and the 28ga go under the ball and do yOu glue everything including he nitro cards? Or are you gluing the circumference of the ball to the petrels which would keep them from opening? Thank Greg

Hey vdo nice little trick with the 1" square paper over the powder before the gas seal or wad. It seemed to work well. I might consider doing that with 1/16" - 1/8" thick .750 dia. felt soaked in beeswax to make sure the powder stays under the gas seal. I hope it burns or still allows the seal to work properly, it should.

I like the in the ear foam plugs and can add just about any other "headphone" if necessary. Thanks for the head's up. Sometimes the inexpensive industrial safety equipment will be the best choice for the $$$.
