I would also like to amend my order, #61 freebullet. I would like 4 cav w/all pins & a set of handles. I was also wondering what your thoughts or experience are using similar designs in a lr308 or ak or SKS when sized accordingly.

This design is an offshoot of the 30 Sil nose design. It should fit the same as it's parent. As far as accuracy, it would depend somewhat on distance shot and initial velocity. The BC is of course lower than the 30 Sil, but should do fine to 300 yards or more in the 308. This design was meant as a hunting boolit. I've never tried it in the SKS, but probably will when we get some molds. In a tighter bored SKS, it will probably do fine as the 30 Sil's parent (the RCBS 308-165-Sil) did. Even undersize they shot fine past 300 yards, so I expect the same of these newer designs.

This should be a popular mold design. One of the best .30 cast hunting bullets of all time, with a hollow point added, and cheaper than what some Lee 2-cavity 9mm molds are selling for these days (if you can find one). Can't wait to try it out.
