The mold maker, MiHec, is located in Europe......... He ships worldwide.... no problem to Canada. He bills to your e-mail address and you pay via paypal after he has the molds made.

I have a Winchester model 70 6.5 swede, but if I understand correctly, the throat is smaller than the military rifles and is not suitable?

Your best bet would be to do a chamber cast to see what you are actually dealing with before buying any mould.
